Transform Scotland call on UK Transport Minister to support active transport
Transform Scotland has signed a letter from the Association of Directors of Public Health to the UK Transport Minister, Philip Hammond MP, urging the minister to support active travel.
The letter calls on the minister to increase provision for walking and cycling in recognition of the benefits to people's health, and the significant savings that can be generated from better public health.
